陕西宾馆(陕西丈八沟宾馆）人称“阆苑仙境”，地名丈八沟取之于唐初魏征斩龙头的神话传说，盛唐时期这里就是消夏避暑之胜地，诗人杜甫曾题诗赞誉。
宾馆于五十年代在原有旧址兴建，位于西安市西南10余公里处的丈八沟，是一所接待党和国家领导人的别墅型园林式国宾馆。全馆占地26万平方米，其中湖面4.5万平方米。馆内苍松翠柏，茂林修竹，湖水连绵，曲径通幽，宾客进入其间，顿感心旷神怡……
